of ID (as per rule) and regular submission
of your own policy premium.

Gifts and
rewards are also subject to payment of
Income tax as per rule and 4% processing
fees.

Encashment of Gifts and
rewards strictly not allowed.

All disputes are subject to Bareilly
jurisdiction only.
